I need your opinion, player
Well, hello. We need to talk. I know a lot of you not so happy about the very existence of my new game - Homelands. And yet, I want to address people who are still expecting something from it.
The gameplay cycle of Homelands is pretty simple. You rest in Hub, then go to the fighting zone and fight enemies, then go to the settlement to collect your reward - loot (it's a piece of wood for now), then go back to Hub to chill, have fun with captives and upgrade the house with collected materials. For now, you can be futa or cboy (cuntboy) and you also will be able to play with other futas and cboys.
I know that I should tell you more, but let's keep it simple for now. I also understand that the whole project is buggy, clumsy and not-arousing at all. It's very raw. Very alpha.
And yet I want to ask: what do you want this game to be? What do you wish I add or remove? It's not granted, but I want to hear all deepest desires. Cumplay, violence, incest, bestiality... Maybe I should change Spine animated sex with gifs or pics? Maybe you want to see astonishing size difference? Maybe.. there should be story, dialogs? More personality of NPCs and captives?
I want to make a good game and I hope you can help me to choose direction. Thanks in advance <3

Well i played it a bit and here is my suggestions:
I would like feral enemies personally because not only dies it allow bestiality content but also the possibility of pets, farming, and even guards.
The second thing is a fulfilling gameplay loop. Give us a reason to fight in battles. Like perhaps you are the lone survivor of an raid and now you must rebuild by capturing enemies to be workers and recruit merchants and so on.
Add a penalty for failure that won't end in a gane over. Like you lose all your possessions or the enemy not only uses you but robs you of all your items.
Allow the player to play as more than one or two characters. Like male female but thet choose the species.
If you do add feral enemies try to add something not seen often. Dogs, wolves, and dragons are done by everyone. Bears, badgers, lions, hyenas, snakes, and mystical creatures like manticores are rarely done.
And finally give updates about what you are doing. Even a simple post once every 2 weeks or so like "I am working on x." Or "Here is a pic of x" will keep interest in your project.
I will keep following your project regardless but as the game is right now it is to bare bones and it has nothing to keep playing for. Add a fun loop or a purpose and you'll get more support. Especially if you put in taboo or niche subjects. I mean look at e621. The most niche things have thousands of follows. Just a suggestion.
Well, I agree with you 100%. And something was already on my mind, but you gave me a really good idea! Bestiality is forbidden in many places, but what about magic creatures? And what if they can walk on 2 legs and do feral stuff only when in sex scene? Plus, I really can do a size difference! Or tentacles.

I mean the main reason bestiality is bad is the creature cannot consent. If it is a creature that can switch between both that would nullify that. I mean a druid character/enemy can fight as humanoid then switch to a beast. That way its not pure beast content.
Nah, this shapeshifting thing is a great idea, but it won't trick Patreon and most sites... I literally asked mods about this, lol
This is why patreon < subscribestar tbh. Substar takes less of your earnings too. And they dont monitor your sites for such things. But if you are on patreon keep in mind rape, non consensual, violence with sexual tones, and even furry x human are all no nos too. I am disappointed you are on patreon tbh. They ruin everything almost all the time.
And finding out you are on Patreon makes me worried for you. Catching/slavery is also against terms of service which is in your game. All patreon allows is the most vanilla content. Hell I saw 7 of my favorite game makers get banned for "implied" rape.
Not even real rape "implied".
You will suffer the same fate I am afraid. I mean it is your game but patreon is like big brother in that regard.
Best of luck to you but if this game is patreon only I have lost all interest in it. Sorry but I hate patreon with a passion and refuse to allow them to dictate what is allowed and not. Seeing as they turn a blind eye to actual illegal content.
Relax, I hate it as much as you do. Plus, I mostly aim for SubscribeStar (I got banned three times on Patreon, lol). Plus, they are not against furry (they said it, adding that my game is clear and I can proceed with development).
I have a few kinks in mind that I can use even with Patreon. So don't you worry, Ryproar
Oh and you are welcome. I have a lot of ideas due to me being a modder for skyrim and baldurs gate. 😂 My idea for the creature came from Halsin in particular. He can shape-shift to a bear for a sex scene and I was like "Hey that's an idea!" 😂

i want to say other species other than snow leopard as captives, but i'm pretty sure that it's already on the list. so i'll just say the capability to have more than one captive from either same or different gender and add an option to have a gangbang or threesome (but i feel like that's gonna be such a hassle). how about new sex positions like missionary, riding, or a bj?
Everything (excluding threesome and gangbang, sorry) was planned from the very beginning :) Just need more time.
